Step 1
Select the category of product that interests you. You shall then be redirected
to the Products Page and a list of all products that fall within that category will
be displayed.
Step 2
Select the product that appears to meet your requirements. You shall then be redirected
to the Product Details Page. Information, specific to the product you selected,
will be displayed, including an image and all shipping details.
Step 3
If you wish to purchase the product, click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom
of the Product Details Page. You shall then be redirected to the Shopping Cart Page.
This Page keeps a track of products you have purchased during your session and enables
you to manage them. You may use this Page to change quantities or delete items.
From this Page, you may return to view other products or proceed to the Check Out
Page.
Step 4
When you have added your last product to purchase, click the "Proceed to Check Out"
button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart Page. You shall be redirected to the Check
Out Page.
Step 5
The Check Out Page will summarise the associated costs involved with your purchase,
including GST (tax) and shipping costs.
Assuming you agree with these charges, enter all of your contact details in the
Check Out Page form. All details will be required for a purchase to be transacted.
On completion of the form, click the "Proceed" button. You shall be redirected to
Westpac's Web Advantage Payment Page.
Step 6
Westpac's Web Advantage Payment Page will again summarise the charges involved with
your purchase. Note that this page is secure. The Page address begins with "https://"
and a yellow padlock icon apears at the bottom of the web browser.
Enter your credit card details in the form and click "Make Payment". Assuming your
purchase was successful, you will be redirected to the Confirmation Page. You will
also be automatically emailed a Tax Invoice by Web Advantage.
Step 7
Congratulations. Your purchase is complete and your goods will be despatched within
two working days. Otherwise, we shall contact you to advise you of a delay and the
reasons for it.
